Handball has released its decision in a case against the Russian
Handball Federation following anti-doping infringements of three of
its players at the Women's 19 EHF EURO 2017.
The federation has been disqualified from the competition and all
matches are lost by forfeit. The team's silver medal from the
Women's 19 EHF EURO 2017 is thus also forfeited.

Handball at the European Youth Olympic Festival
The European Olympic Committees (EOC) - an organization of the National
Olympic Committees of Europe created a multi-sport event for 13- to
17-year-old young people in 1991: the European Youth Olympic Days.
Since 2001 this event is called European Youth Olympic Festival. Every
two years this event takes place in selected sports and limited number
of disciplines. Handball is a selected sport since 1995.
